Russian Tsars were not bad. Returning to the Tsars: two weeks ago I took myself on a little trip to the town of Tsarskoye Selo. In this town lived our last Emperor, Nicholas II, with his family. I visited his palace (they give tours there now) and personally saw and even touched the everyday life of our last Emperor, murdered by the communists. And I tell you honestly, such beauty, such a refined atmosphere, such kindness – a bad person could not have lived amidst that.
