Flash can be turned off with budget 0 tokens, Reasoning Effort set to Minimum (this is different where Auto is off for Claude).
Pro can't be officially turned off since minimum is 128 tokens for some godforsaken reason. But a prefill that strongly implies starting the response after it has a better chance of skipping thinking.
