I rewatched the cutscene and Daniel said "The dozens of worlds he caught up in this experiment were mostly home to prosperous interstellar civilizations, but every single one of these planets was reduced to a regressed form of intelligence by the time he was done with them". So first of it says dozens. Irontombs affect will probably affect more than mere dozens of planets. But if we take dan's word he's should be dealing with real planets not just fodder level planets or maybe its like you said he's controlling the weak until they overrun the planet and its a wrap so to say. oh and thanks for the mini lore talk anon.

Well the Annihilation gang is actively trying to get Nanook's attention but fails. But yeah i agree its just not on the level that Nanook is asking for like dan said he's only dealing with dozens at most which isnt that much compared to lets say any of the Lord Ravagers most likely

Yeah i realized my mistake sorry. I was tunnel visioned on the idea of him being practically an evil scientist ruining planets. Well he is an evil scientist he's just pushing research to its most inhuman extremes. Its still under Nous's sphere rather than Nanook's.
