that's actually Józef Dowbor-Muśnicki, but you can get plenty of other Polish generals including Piłsudski
basically after the Soviets won the battle of the Warsaw many poles took refuge in Silesia and set up their own little Polish Republic in Exile
not sure if other factions get the option, but the Freikorps can just ask them nicely to join you and resist communism and they can actually say yes
so yeah, after a wild turn of events Piłsudski is now the PRUSSIAN IMPERIUM's bravest soldier
