Neutrality is a complicated thing
Hexa is tuned to JM-1 target with -0.8 dB/octave tilt and a bit of subbass boost. So it's neutral in a sense that it's tuned to population average diffuse field.
Something truly neutral for you would be IEM that is tuned to your personal HRTF which is rather unrealistic.
If you think 200-500Hz region is boosted just try to apply a simple EQ there and see if it'll improve the situation.
