We literally almost die in LoR to Zena and Baral once Zena decides to just lock Geb in place, and we only survive cause Binah undid the lock herself. I think you're underestimating it.

It was a prototype sword, not the final version, which allowed the sword to speak to Kali, and try to sway her, she overcame the allure, and won EGO thanks to that.
Her armor has no healing properties, and mimicry being a prototype probably didn't have that either, and it was just the sword not the armor.
