everyone else on the team were FTE with 15+ years of tenure with the bank, it wasn't an intern team. But FTE or not, I agree that your resume and interviewing skills should always be sharp. I wasted too much time sitting in an abusive job where I wasn't given the pay I deserved given my seniority because "well eventually they'll pay and promote me :)"
