Sorry for the late reply, I've been thinking of making Kuja but normally I don't do more than one deck in the same color identity (and im building Kolaghan)
So I'd either have to cut Kolaghan and build a different Dragon deck, or just bite the bullet. I love the cards that make the wizard tokens, and I adore FF9s Black Mages and that whole plot line. If I built Kefka i could do all of it, but I'd have to dig for the tokens and such, but I'd get access to Vivi, Blue Mages Cane, and Emperor of Palamecia
