Original title is 黒星三世. VIZ left Sansei untranslated, which probably makes some sense, but it basically means "The Third". As in, Kuroboshi the Third.

Furinkan notes that: "This issue of Shonen Sunday featured a 2013 four panel manga calendar featuring original four panel gag strips by a number of manga artists appearing in the magazine. Rumiko Takahashi contributed a full-color four panel gag strip titled People, 11 and Poverty (人と１１と貧乏/Hito to 11 to Binbo)." This 4koma apparently had Rinne and Rokumon in it, but I don't have a scan and Furinkan didn't seem to include one. Sad.
