I came to the conclusion that yes arbiter and ogryn are overtuned but still the absolute bets optimized builds for the OG classes are easily as good as the best arbiter and ogryn can offer.

Psyker with his spam of bubbles that makes ranged enemies irrelevant while giving infinite cdr to the entire team, zealot with chorus single handendly saving missions that would have been lost otherwise and veteran with Shout spam and focus target that makes dealing with bosses spam ten times easier, and thats not even accoung for plasma gun still being the most broken gun in the game
