I want to make a standard deck around this guy so bad. He's probably not good enough though. Flips on turn 5 then does a reanimate on turn 8, like who has time to wait that long?

I did see a boros self-mill deck that used him just as a way to mill yourself more. weird archetype for boros but whatever works I guess.
