I am new to ARs, and trying to build something as cheap as possible. Bought an Anderson stripped lower when they were cheap because I was picking up a pistol at the same time, and bought one of their BCG's too when they were on sale last week.

Are PSA upper and LPK good to go, or is there anything else I should be aiming for to save cash/better quality for similar price? "All" in this would be about ~$430.
