I don't know the actual reason as to why, but I think it's because they kinda tied her to the endgame plot that now got pushed back, a lot. Almost like they just don't know what to do with her now. Plus, they have a whole bunch of people to push instead of her, so they do. So far I am thankful that I at least get some small crumbs (although it's honestly never enough).
