Goku survived this and a lot more beating. Freeza has literally no idea that Goku can or cannot multiply his power by 20. At bare minimum he should have been KO'd or gravely injured by any of these hits, unless Freeza started fluctuating between 50%, 25%, 5%.....
Right now, Goku should be at 1/20th of the power that made him as strong as Freeza. Is Freeza hitting him with only 3% of his power to make this possible? Even though he was fighting at 25 or 50% before? Lol, this is retarded and so are you for thinking any of this makes sense with these multipliers.
Similarly, Saiyans that aren't in Super Saiyan should die on the spot to their 50x faster opponents. Super Buu should have DECAPITATED Trunks when he punched him, fucking around or not.
