Since last week I have lost 8lbs and am at 172lbs currently, with a little bit of bloat. I went back up to 174 because I marked the week with a cheat day and I had pasta and a ton of protein. I'm on track to getting to the 160s range this week. This will be the first time I've seen 16x on the scale since highschool. I'll probably need to get around 150lbs to see abs.
