Admittingly I wasn't paying attention to any actual discussion on the matter (not really going to read all that chief.) But expressing a frustration that extends beyond the use of elves and just making Humans with pointy ears.

My bitching is also aimed primarily at D&D because because a lot of creative fruit is left to rot on the vine, weird when you have a Dwarven Defender being a thing but you don't see that being re-worked into the current classes.
