How extreme do you make your Trump whilst still making sense? Instituting segregation and repealing the gender equality laws feels like it should be more important. I could see it happening under the Patriots with all the chaos of the civil war but as of right now it is just something that happens in the background. Also keeping all women out of the military should give an organization bonus but heavy recruitment malus. Same as how rehabilitation gives society progress but not capital punishment, kind of depends on what society you want to build doesn't it?
