This would be like claiming Demon's Souls is not a soulslike. Speaking of isn't it funny that the original Souls game doesn't even have bonfires which is something people will now insist is a requirement for a game to qualify as a soulslike? Almost like genres are fluid and doesn't actually require copying any one specific game 1:1 mechanically.
