As far as any major studio is concerned she's completely radioactive for the forseeable future. If she wants to get her career back she needs to spend 5~10 years on the A24like indie art movie circuit and stay relatively lowkey about politics (she can still endorse Democrats and such she just can't call for Trump voters to be killed, obviously saying anything mildly negative about Israel is a big no-no), then build up enough of a profile there to show that she's a serious, bankable actress who can be trusted in big budget mass-market projects.
