Grow up a bit, maybe you will realize that becoming a PMC is definitely not a job for someone with a damn heart condition. Any bleed and you will have a much harder time stopping it.

I say this is without even mentioning that most/all PMC's require you to have military experience or some kind of expertise to the company. If you are so desperate to larp, become a cop.
