It's 5 years old and the cards are not very good. Very unfortunate but EARTH Machines kinda started sucking donkeyballs before the huge power bump when Tearlaments released.
If you're looking for an easy to pilot modern structure deck, I'd recommend the new Blue-Eyes structure deck since it's unironically good. Blue-Eyes, Fire Kings, RDA, Traptrix, and Dark World are the last 5 decent structure decks released, where the cutoff point for a decent and easy-to-build-and-pilot structure deck would be the Traptrix deck. Most of these will get you set up with a playable archetype and a lot of good tech to start out with.
Swinging again for the BEWD deck, it has a lot of good generic tech like Nibiru, Infinite Impermanence, Ash Blossom, Called By, and others.
