Reshiram would be great for Sun teams and wouldn't be any less manageable than Kyurem B. 90 speed tier plus it dying to the game of rocket tag going on in Weather Wars would keep it in check. It's also Stealth Rock weak and easily gets OHKO'd by common Pokemon on Sand and Rain.
