Star Trek at its emotional core is about smart, talented, morally good people, in a future you wish you could live in, exploring the universe and trying to do the right thing when things get hard.
LD is a dumb 21st century ADHD "adult" cartoon but it understands the heart of Star Trek perfectly and takes pains not to shit on that
