primarily the guangxi province from what i know. they move them around a lot, but actual exercises are typically rather light outside of the large, multi-branch ones. their aggressor patch is kind of fun, and they're supposed to be some of the best of the branch these days. their test groups are all kind of based hebei, but informations a bit more spotty about them. however it's one of the reasons why i'm skeptical of the sichuan flights being anything but early prototype tests.
