Xenos as a bioweapon COULD be perfectly viable IF you genetically modified them to have an expiration date. Say you bomb your enemies with eggs, they hatch, infect, multiply, kill, then after 2 weeks, all your Ayyliums die off. All that would remain is Alien mold or maybe that too would expire after a while.
