So anyway I'll now be shilling this controller because it's a Sony Xperia Play that isn't dogshit.

>membrane over dome switch d-pad and buttons (GBA SP or Playstation Vita styled)
>supports magsafe locking to any phone through a supplied adapter or through magsafe cases/stickers

>attachment base is detachable from the controller body for "tabletop" gameplay, base serves as a phone kickstand
>fold-out controller handles for better ergonomics

This makes "just use your phone" an actual point of advice because it's not a telescopic controller. It also makes "just buy last year's flagship or repurpose your old phone and use that as a handheld" an actual point of advice.
