I have one guy like that at my job. Somehow we respect each other as equals because there are certain things about me that challenge his authority and kinda break his mind. Like me being taller than him and actually having more money than him. And how little I care about status and looks and women, while he basically lives off attention. Could be that he has NPD while I'm almost schizoid.
