Though, I will say that OP doesn't seem all that intelligent either. His question is one that should be answered, however. My answer to the negro problem is that they simply are lacking in the cognitive reasoning abilities needed to make long-term decisions; they act almost wholly upon impulse, and their group mentalities cause the rest of the negroes around them to adopt this sort of unthinking way of behaving.
