You suck, your brother sucks, your whole family sucks. That dog should've been trained better. Why not use a kennel when you're not home or if anyone isn't supervising your mutt?

That dog clearly has major behavioral issues that aren't being effectively addressed. You might seriously need to look into rehoming him to someone who can properly train and care for him. Your dog didn’t deserve that and it sounds like you’re trying, but the whole environment sounds unsafe. If you can't afford a vet bill why even have him?? Jesus I hope that dog just gets put out of his misery since living with you will just kill him. Your brother is a monster for what he did to that dog, but honestly? You’re not blameless either. That dog should’ve been crate trained or supervised, especially with how destructive he is. If you can’t afford vet care, can’t afford proper training, can't even live on your own.. that poor dog is suffering more by staying with you. If you care about him, consider rehoming him. He deserves better
