I'd go for an Ipad air since it atleast deals with two of those problems since the M3 is alright, but the fact that you can't do anything other than play with the OS store in IpadOS bugs me the fuck out, and the 60hz screen isn't helping either

I'd hope for at least an snapdragon 8 gen 1,2,3, solid refresh rate tablet with decent pen support
