Toby has a gigantic list full of possible outcomes for the story like picrel that he checks out slowly for every fantheory in every single nook and crany online, until he feels satisfied and makes all the chapter in 2 months tops while mixing it a bit so he doesn't give anyone the right to say they predicted the next chapter
That's why he takes so goddamn long, only like 10% of the wait is for the actual game and the rest is him autistically scouting for anyone that could predict the next plot point
