the Howa's handguard is completely different, and the receiver shape is a bit different (it has a more defined magwell since it feeds from STANAGs, whereas the AM-69/MRS-4 seem to have an AK-style mag release, and thus presumably a rock-in magazine like the Beretta AR-70 or SIG 550 series)
