Well that chapter did show how their relationship has changed over these few months living together.

Its got Loid immediately changing his mind just because of Yor's positive outlook about the news.
Yor teasing him about his wrinkles and mannerisms is a massive step compared to the Yor that is walking around eggshells around him.
And she forced him to sit and relax for once.

It's a nice family chapter, a shipping chapter, and also has more hints about project apple. Pretty easy homerun imo.
