Both of them got shoulder leaning scenes that no other character in the game got, and both of them are closer to Rover too when compared to other characters, Lupa especially never misses a chance to touch Rover for some reason but Carty does it too in the boat scene except she gets embarassed by it. The only way to do more than this would be with events dedicated to dating which is a bit hard in this setting, I know everyone here likes to shit on that game but ZZZ did a good job with the cinema date event they're having right now, its a good example for other games to do with their characters
