Carty is a BITCH to build. Both the 4 costs can roll the wrong main stat, her weapon doesn't have crit so rolling good substats is extra important, she wants 4-4-1-1-1 which used to be the cope build but now is actually harder to get because 1 costs rarely drop from tacet fields.
