I stopped actively listening to music and I feel like my life is a lot better. I'm not sure I can explain it, but there's something about music that makes it so it enters your mind and predisposes you to behave in ways that you wouldn't otherwise have behaved if you didn't listen to music. It's like subliminal messaging in a way, but it's not really subliminal. I think music has a way of bypassing the rational part of your mind, and make you behave irrationally.
Or maybe I'm just autistic and overstimulated by music.
