whenever I don't play new vegas for a while, I start having dreams about new vegas.
a major recurring aspect is that a HUGE portion of the game's map -- roughly everything in-between The Strip and Repconn HQ has been flattened and filled with the Sierra Madre's cloud (never played Dust btw). In the middle of the clouded region, maybe roughly where the Fire Ant Nest is is a bunker where I assume you can shut off the cloud's source. I always wake up before I can reach the bunker.
