Hitler's hatred of the Slavs in Mein Kampf was more resentment/envy than a sense of superiority from the fact that he was a homeless outcast in the Austro-Hungarian Empire which favored the Slavs (which he said were a people who could not govern themselves and were therefore controlled by Germans, Jews or other foreigners like Georgians as Stalin) over ethnic Germans like himself.

The opening chapters of Mein Kampf are dedicated to Hitler shitting on Austria-Hungary for being a multicultural empire that he evited to do military service because this not only stood in the way of Greater German unification, but also increasingly favored its various subject peoples over the Germans/Austrians that had built the empire. Habsburg was to blame for Czechs, Slovenes and other Slavs even developing a consciousness as separate nations rather than parts of the German nation.

Thats why also Hitler left Austria in fact he was from a region of Austria that really considered themselves heavily German and his time in Vienna showed him what was planned for the whole German "volk". Hell some of the shit that was going on in Vienna was the beginnings of what would become the infamous "Weimar Degeneracy".

Vienna was a hotbed of Jewish thought at the time. The Habsburgs and Austrian nobility were and are complicit for their own reasons. Hitler thinking the Habsburgs didn't fare much better than the Jews when he came to Austria. The Nazis appropriated all their possessions back to the German people. They fled with the wealthy Vienna Jews to the US, where they lobbied the Roosevelt administration heavily to re-institute the Habsburg monarchy after the war. When that failed, they re-grouped, funded university positions for themselves and sympathetic Jews especially at Chicago through philanthropies like the William Volker Fund, and set forth to design a way back into power.
