Depends on the zombie. 28 days later, can't imagine surviving without friends. Otherwise, I think I would just stay in my house for a while and be quiet, and then live in an isolated area. I think seeking long term shelter in any commerical building (or any town with a population >1k) is unwise

Alone, maybe a 20% chance to survive a month purely because it's relatively easy to get to an isolated area. After that, it's just about food, I'd need to be with people to survive over a year. Maybe you could survive off cheetos for a while...

It's better than nothing but it's just not as effective as commerical birth control. There aren't many studies, because transgender people are uncommon, and there aren't many people willing to get pregnant for a study. I don't know how much more effective traditional birth control is.
