It's probably a little of both, but I imagine every employee and actor gets annoyed when they have culture war retards misinterpreting them and spreading lies. There were cases of them coming into Luke's chat to have pedophile arguments about Hans' age and they would regularly start shit with Vavra and Tobi on twitter, so not surprised that eventually they got genuinely mad.
I only hope that things don't get ruined by the parasocial fujos who are obsessed with canceling Luke, Tom, Vavra, and starting drama.
