You don't get to 31 and your brain just stops being able to retain information, relative effort to keep and use that information goes up but you're just past your peak so it doesn't even matter.
Speak to your dad, ask him what he was doing when he was 31, 25, 20. Time have changed yes but that is no excuse for you to be a lazy POS.
