For some reason I've never once had it start normally, no matter how many times I relaunch it it always locks up at the exact same spot. Happens windowed, non windowed, running as admin, force vulcan and dx11, the start minimized trick suggested on the forum, no matter what it'll be locked up for 7 minutes roughly before the title screen shows up. Other than waiting I have no idea.
