Thanks, I might actually flesh this out into a real story.
Didn't have enough room but it'd probably include him connecting with a distant friend, a tomboyish girl who almost transistioned to a man when she was younger, and very much can relate and support him.

>She knows this and feels guilty about it, and so does the MC who uses her as his main source of comfort, as she treats him like his regular self.
Other than that I have some ideas of more deconstructing tropes

I think that'd be his main character flaw, he just takes the path of least resistance, even before he was a woman. People can sense that, especially one of his old male friends who knew him before he got TF'd.

His evil ass friend would probably just play into his insecurities to leer at him or try to get in his pants, which would probably lead to not a hot sex scene, but a full emotional breakdown as he realizes one of his oldest friends is actively trying to fuck him.

Probably he just turns back to normal after a year and completely loses his TSF fetish.
