>cleaner, fizzier version of Azzaro PH actually
Jelly here, i hope i can find one someday
>Performance seems pretty decent as well for just one spray on the wrist
It strikes me that you already know your stuff, like anon said i think it's time to enjoy it because someone with 99.5% rep loses way more fucking with that than with a couple of phoney bottles.

>Didn't know that fakes could out-do the real thing in some areas
All the time, Euro packaging is done in China and glued by albanians and other undesirables in the motherland. Loewe is notorious for fucking with the quality in the newer bottles, their label has embossed letters but the paper is trashy.
Guerlain labels are famous at this point because the phoneys are way better, you can see the reverse graphics crystal clear and early original batches used cheap glue that smeared everything so they stopped doing it. But like most frag bottle designers know since the 2010's is that bottle caps are where the money and identity goes and the chinese screwed that up as the french have quite heavy caps, you can tell by hand measure only which is which as the original weights more than double. Because almost all frag companies use the chinamen as their suppliers they concentrated in doing the caps unique as any cloning company can request the bottles to the same supplier, hence why Temu and Etsy have incredibly similar Xerjoff bottles because they are literally the same. Guerlain bottles for example are the same, up to the machined atomizer details.

Dior and Chanel have small seal details inside the caps, problem is they use shit-tier ones in the testers so basically a real Chanel tester bottle is almost identical to a chinese one because they both use trashy plastic caps and these guys do not care about putting the note breakdown behind sometimes. All of this laziness is why most major brands do not make unique bottles anymore, even ones who were known by their designs like Cartier.
