Thoracic kyphosis with cervical lordosis and likely also suffer lumbar lordosis. Try to strengthen upper back, glutes, and core. Loosen tight chest, hip flexors and likely hamstrings. Do following daily and don’t think of it like lifting/working out, your just tryna activate weak/overstretched muscles and loosen tight ones. Do before and after comparison to see improvement which will get better over days/weeks

Stretches:
Kneeling hip flexor
Doorframe chest stretch
Hamstring stretch
Cat / cow
Table top shoulder/chest stretch

Strength:
Glute bridges
Band pull aparts
Band rotator cuff/external rotation
Wall sit / light squats
Crunch with heels dug in

Find a corrective exercise specialist or functional training specialist. Try to do strengthening before stretches
