Buying stuff that you can use easily helps a lot. Just buy the healthier quality stuff, organic pantry foods are much better quality, getting organic marked meat and veggies I don't always do, except for certain things like milk and eggs.

something easy like a piece of breaded meat with some veggie on the side and yummy sauce, or a salad, soup/stew/chilli, etc
