An RX 9070 or a 5070 should be good enough for 1440p ultrawide 60 FPS+.
If the 9070 non-XT price is too close to the XT's, get the 9070XT.
If you're concerned about the 5070's 12GB VRAM capacity, get something else.

The chart shows 1440p 16:9 benchmarks; 1440p ultrawides have about 5 million pixels (roughly 35% more than 1440p 16:9).
You might be getting around 80-90 FPS @ 1440p ultrawide with a 9800X3D.
