How do you do to finish pages quickly without losing quality?
My dream is to finish an oneshot manga, but it takes me forever to produce the pages and in the end the quality is crap, inferior to my normal drawings, not to mention that drawing manga is painfully boring, and I think that feeling only makes things worse because it makes me try to finish faster and worsens the quality. I'm almost asking the doctor for Ritalin just for when I'm drawing manga.
Oh, and after reading Framed INK, I would like to know if anyone has a basic cheat sheet for “panel placement, lighting, etc. = feeling and meaning.” I read the book, liked it a lot, but when it came time to decide on panel placement, I realized that I don't know how to apply it well.
