If you genuinely want to live there then it shouldn't make a difference in practice other than not having the blood connection acknowledged
The process is made faster by ancestry too provided that you can prove it
Though I'm not sure it's a guarantee
I'm not sure how the recent changes affect the ancestry part in that case either
