Game A. Might have performance issues or be clunky in terms of mechanics, but it's worth it when music, visuals and story make the perfect atmosphere and immersion into the game. Many indie games fall in this category.
While Game B can have a desired gameplay but lacks the immersion and have little to no story (i.e.: AAA FPS games) or, in the worst case scenario, have a repugnant story enough to dislike the game whole despite its good gameplay (i.e.: TLOU2). Game B is one I would avoid unless it's a multiplayer FPS game worth playing with friends.
